MASH is excited to welcome Sergio Moutela, owner and founder of Melovino Meadery for our May Meeting! With deep roots in the homebrew community, Sergio is a pioneer in the mead making industry and created the first meadery in New Jersey. Along the way Sergio has received some serious accolades for his honey based creations.
Sergio will share his story of how he came to make meads and create one of the most well-recognized meaderies in the US. He will also get nerdy with us on how to make mead quickly and effectively on the homebrew scale.
