We’re closing out the year with the much debated topic of IPAs. Do you prefer the crisp clean bitterness and piney/citrusy West Coast-style IPA? Or do you throw caution and clarity to the wind with a hazy “juicy” New England IPA? Maybe you’re old school and some caramel crunchiness in East Coast IPA is what you seek.
