Awards

The awards ceremony will take place once judging is completed.

Places will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place for each table created.

The 1st place entry from each table will advance to the Best of Show (BOS) round with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Best of Show selected.

Award ribbons will be handed out during the awards ceremony. Additional prizes may be awarded to those winners present at the awards ceremony at the discretion of the competition organizers. Award ribbons not picked up will be mailed to participants and may include prizes not claimed at the awards ceremony. Scoresheets will be emailed to participants. 

Results will be posted to the competition web site after the ceremony concludes.

After the awards ceremony, For the Love Of the Craft (FLOC), a dinner featuring unique collaboration beers from local homebrew clubs and local breweries, will be held in the same location. FLOC will begin at 7pm. Each Club/Brewery pair has created a collaboration beer which will be served at the dinner. Executive Chef Chris Masey will cook with the brewing ingredients and pair each beer with dishes. Tickets can be purchased here: (COMING SOON)

Circuit Qualification

Motown Mash is the final qualifying event for the 2016 New Jersey Homebrewer of the Year Award and the first qualifying event for the 2017 New Jersey Homebrew Club of the Year Award, along with the NJ State Fair Homebrew Competition and Skylands Region Taste of the Town Homebrew Competition.

MASH members are eligible for MASH Homebrewer of the Year Points.
